Directions: The Global Entry Enrollment Center is located in the Bellevue office building at 2323 South Shepherd Drive, Houston, Texas 77019, between Indiana St. and Fairview St. There is free parking in the back of the building (off of Huldy St). Upon entering the lobby, please take the elevator to the 13th floor. There will be signage directing you to the enrollment center. Please remain in the waiting area until your name is called. If you arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled interview time, please wait in the lobby before proceeding to the 13th floor. Please note that the office does not open until 3:30pm.
More Info: Please ensure that you bring all valid passports and current driver's license, as your application approval cannot be finalized without them. If the address on your driver’s license differs from your current mailing address, please bring a valid document with your current mailing address (utility bill, lease agreement). Applicants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will need to re-schedule their appointment for a later date.
