Directions: The Charlotte CBP Global Entry Enrollment Center is in the International Arrivals Area, on the lower level; the closest parking is the hourly parking deck. Upon entering the terminal, via the Skywalk from the fifth floor of the hourly parking deck, go down two levels for Arrivals. Look for the “Snap food on the go” vending machines at the end of the hallway. Once there, head to the right where you will see a sign for “Bag Claims E.” Continue to walk straight until you see the large sign that says “All Arriving International Flights.” Turn left and proceed down the hallway that says, “Arriving International Flights DO NOT ENTER.” At the end of the hallway, before the double doors, there will be a freestanding Global Entry sign pointing toward the office on the right. NOTE: Charlotte Douglas Airport is currently under construction; if you have been to the enrollment center in the past, things are drastically different. Please excuse the appearance on your walk to the office.
